What we collect

To deliver verified documents to the right person, Keepable handles a small set of personal data:

• Your National Identification Number (NIN), the anchor of the inbox identity.
• Your contact channels (email address, phone number), used for notifications and recovery.
• The documents senders deliver to you, kept in encrypted storage under your control.
• Operational metadata: login times, device fingerprint at signing, audit trail entries.

Lawful basis

Processing relies on the lawful bases enumerated in the NDPA: consent (for marketing communications), contract performance (to deliver documents and run agreements), and legal obligation (for retention windows and audit trails).

Your rights under the NDPA

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Account cancellation triggers an auditable deletion across every table holding your identifying data, subject to statutory retention floors.
