Using Keepable

You can use Keepable to receive, organise, sign, and archive documents from verified senders. You agree not to use the service to impersonate others, transmit unlawful content, or attempt to circumvent the integrity of the audit trail.

Signatures

Documents signed inside Keepable produce a PAdES-LTV PDF covenant that is admissible under Nigerian law (Evidence Act §93). You are responsible for reviewing every document before you sign it.

Termination

You may close your Keepable account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
