The authoritative agreement is the immutable, version-specific plain-text artifact. Its machine-readable manifest records the canonical URL, exact byte length and SHA-256 digest.

The applicant confirms the application personally. An independently verified authorised representative accepts this exact artifact on the organisation’s behalf. When they are the same natural person, one passkey confirmation may record both acts, but Keepable preserves the two capacities separately.

Only the immutable artifact, not this current-version pointer, is presented for acceptance and retained as the legal evidence.
